- If the order is cancelled by the buyer then both side shipping charges (if product is already shipped) and the 2% payment gateway charges/convenience (if applicable) will be deducted from the order amount. If the buyer opts for refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in same condition as we have shipped after deducting the 2% from the total amount paid by the Customer.
- Returns of materials sold and subsequent refund of money will be at sole discretion of DYGICOM VISUAL TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD only.
- Refunds to customer account, if any, once approved by Dygicom Technology Pvt Ltd will be processed in 5 working days time from the date of approval in customer’s bank account.
